Every new mobile shop receives a free trial period to evaluate all feature modules before purchasing a subscription plan.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Your active subscription will remain accessible until the end of your billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests submitted within 7 days of initial subscription purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
